Cookies Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026.

This is a short one, because we don't use many cookies. Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser to remember information between visits.

If you're a visitor to the site, or applying for membership

Browsing the garage, reading about the teams, or filling in the join form doesn't set any cookies at all. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies anywhere on this site.

If you're a committee member signed into the admin area

The only cookie this site sets is used to keep you signed in to the exec admin dashboard:

Do we ask for cookie consent?

No. Under UK rules (PECR), a cookie banner is only required for cookies that aren't strictly necessary, like analytics or advertising ones. The only cookie we use is strictly necessary for committee members to log in, and it's never set for ordinary visitors. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics in future — we'll add a consent banner and update this page first.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser's settings at any time. If you block the Supabase session cookie, the admin area simply won't be able to keep you signed in — it has no effect on the public site.
